Eligibility who can use the site
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province, or have consent from a parent/guardian to use the site and make purchases.
Orders acceptance & cancellation
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing inaccuracies. If we cancel after payment, you’ll receive a refund.
Pricing taxes, promos & errors
Prices are shown in your selected currency (where available) before taxes and shipping. We try to be accurate but mistakes can happen; we reserve the right to correct pricing/availability at any time.
Shipping delivery & risk of loss

Returns exchanges & refunds
Eligible items may be returned within the window stated in our Returns Policy. Final sale items, gift cards, and worn items are not returnable. First exchange (US) may be free where offered.
Use acceptable & prohibited uses
Don’t misuse the site, no scraping, interfering with security, infringing IP, or illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
IP intellectual property
All content (logos, product images, designs, text) is owned by or licensed to Soiceecrew and protected by IP laws. You may not use our brand assets without written permission.
