When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, PST). During new drops or holidays, this can be slightly longer.
How do I track my order?
Use our tracking page and enter your order details. You’ll also get a tracking email once your package ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes worldwide. Customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us via the contact form with your order # and what you’d like to exchange/return. We’ll reply with next steps.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes check the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend going one size up for a relaxed fit.
How should I wash my items?
Cold wash inside out, gentle cycle. Hang dry for best results. Avoid bleach and ironing over prints.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
